MassHire Downtown Boston Career Center and the Boston Public Library are teaming up on a Services & Support Roles Job Fair at the Central Library on Wednesday, October 21, pitched at job seekers who want to land with the city's restaurants, stores and travel hubs.

🔥 Who's Hiring at the Services Job Fair

MassHire is billing this one around three corners of the Boston economy: restaurants, retail stores and travel hubs. Think of the kitchens and dining rooms from the Back Bay to the Seaport, the shops lining Boylston and Newbury, and the concessions, terminals and hotels that keep Logan and South Station moving.

Those are the jobs that tend to hire fast and hire often: servers, cooks, cashiers, sales associates, stock and customer service staff, and the support roles behind them. Many do not require a degree.

⚠️ Read This Before You Go: Registration Comes First

This is not a stroll-in-off-Boylston event. MassHire says every attendee must be a registered MassHire member and must include a Job Seeker ID when signing up. The organizer does not say anything about walk-ins, so plan on registering ahead.
